HOW IT WORKS

Apex Roadside Rescue makes it simple to request towing and roadside assistance. The process is designed to provide clear communication from the initial request through completion of service.
1. Request Assistance
Contact Apex Roadside Rescue by phone or website and provide your name and contact information, vehicle information, current location, service needed, and destination when towing is requested.
2. Receive a Quote
Pricing is based on information available at the time of the request and may depend on distance, vehicle type, service type, location and accessibility, recovery or special equipment, and applicable time-based or other charges. Where applicable, additional charges will be communicated before payment or additional work when reasonably possible.
3. Approve & Dispatch
Once the customer approves the service and applicable pricing, Apex Roadside Rescue dispatches a driver or technician.
4. Service
The driver or technician confirms the request, verifies the vehicle and service location, assesses service requirements, and performs the requested towing or roadside assistance. For towing, the vehicle is transported to the agreed destination when applicable.
5. Service Completion
After completion, Apex Roadside Rescue provides applicable service documentation, invoice, or receipt. Additional work may result in additional charges where applicable; material charges will be communicated before proceeding when reasonably possible.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel; amounts paid may be eligible for refund where applicable.
After Dispatch: A cancellation or dispatch fee may apply where applicable.
After Service: Refunds generally are not available after completion, except where applicable due to a billing error or other circumstances determined by Apex Roadside Rescue.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, location, destination, and service information; being available at the service location when required; having authority to request service; and accurately describing known vehicle conditions. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or additional charges where applicable.
