By requesting or accepting services from Apex Roadside Rescue LLC, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Apex Roadside Rescue provides towing, roadside assistance, vehicle transport, accident recovery, winching, jump starts, tire assistance, lockout service, fuel delivery, and related services.
2. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, location, destination, and service information and for being authorized to request the service.
3. Pricing & Additional Charges
Charges may include towing, mileage, labor, waiting time, winching, recovery, heavy-duty equipment, storage, tolls, after-hours service, cancellation or dispatch fees, and other applicable charges. Where applicable, material additional charges will be communicated before they are incurred when reasonably possible.
4. Cancellation
Customers may cancel a service request. Where applicable, a cancellation or dispatch fee may apply after a driver has been dispatched, begun traveling, or arrived.
5. Vehicle & Personal Property
Customers should remove valuables and personal property before service when reasonably possible. Apex Roadside Rescue may document vehicle condition with photographs, video, or service records.
6. Safety
Apex Roadside Rescue may refuse, delay, or stop service when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, outside available equipment or capability, or otherwise present unreasonable risk.
7. Arrival Times
Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, emergencies, vehicle access, and other circumstances outside Apex Roadside Rescue’s reasonable control.
8. Payment
Customers are responsible for authorized charges and applicable fees. Available payment methods may vary by service and location.
9. Customer Authorization
Signing a service authorization or invoice confirms that the customer has reviewed and authorized the services and applicable charges shown.
10. SMS
Where a customer separately provides SMS consent, service-related messages may be sent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
11. Policy Changes
Apex Roadside Rescue may update these Terms & Conditions. The latest version posted on the website will apply.
